Permitted Use
TutPaste is for sharing legitimate content including code snippets, text notes, and images. You may use TutPaste for personal, educational, and commercial purposes, subject to these terms.
Prohibited Content
You agree NOT to share: Illegal content or material that violates applicable laws; Malware, viruses, or harmful code; Child sexual abuse material (CSAM); Content that harasses, threatens, or doxxes individuals; Spam or mass-generated content; Copyrighted material without permission; Private/personal information of others without consent
Guest Pastes
Guest pastes are publicly accessible via their unique link. Guest users receive a one-time edit token. We are not responsible for content shared by guests.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure. You must be 13 years or older to create an account.
Content Ownership
You retain ownership of content you share. By posting public content, you grant TutPaste a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content on the platform.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms, at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
Disclaimer
TutPaste is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any damages arising from use of the platform.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
